Bootea Product Line Expansion Packaging and Design
Comprehensive Packaging Design for Health and Fitness Products
Bootea, renowned for its Teatox and a variety of health, fitness, and detox products, sought to expand its product line, enhancing its established brand identity. I had the privilege of designing the packaging and labels for several of their new offerings. This included the "Little Oats" product, where the packaging featured "Little Oats" prominently on the front with a vibrant yellow box backdrop, ensuring it stood out on shelves. I also designed labels for their protein powders available in vanilla and chocolate flavours, which were promoted by celebrities on social media. The protein powder labels were sleek and appealing, aligning with Bootea's fitness-centric brand. Additionally, I crafted the packaging for their workout supplements and multivitamins, ensuring that these products conveyed trust and efficacy through their design.
Pop! Popcorn Range
In the snack category, I designed the packaging for Bootea’s "Pop!" popcorn line. This range included three flavours: lightly salted, sweet & salty, and sour cream & black pepper. Each flavour's packet featured "Pop!" in large, eye-catching letters, with the Bootea logo prominently displayed above. To distinguish between flavours, I used distinct colours for each variant. The bottom of the packaging showcased a visual of a popcorn bucket overflowing with popcorn, creating an enticing and playful image that appealed to snack lovers and aligned with Bootea’s vibrant brand identity.
Resistance Bands Packaging
For Bootea's resistance bands, I designed a functional yet attractive box. The packaging featured a cut-out window on the front, allowing customers to see the product inside. This window showcased the two bands – one green and one pink – each offering different resistance levels. The design emphasised the product's usability and quality, providing a clear view of the bands and their vibrant colours, which are synonymous with Bootea's energetic brand palette.
Gym Wear Collection
Expanding into fitness apparel, Bootea introduced a range of gym wear for which I designed the branding. This collection included a hoodie, leggings, and a workout vest. The designs incorporated Bootea's signature colours and branding elements, ensuring consistency across the product line. Each item was designed to be stylish and functional, catering to the active lifestyle of Bootea's customers. The gym wear line not only promoted fitness but also reinforced brand loyalty through its high-quality and visually appealing designs.
Healthy Eating Meal Plan
In addition to product packaging, I also designed a comprehensive meal plan for Bootea. This fold-out document featured an array of healthy recipes and snack ideas, providing valuable nutritional guidance to customers. The reverse side included an "eat well" illustration, complete with explanations on how to maintain a balanced diet. The meal plan was both informative and visually engaging, helping customers make healthier food choices while staying true to Bootea's mission of promoting overall well-being.​​​​​​​
Through these various design projects, I contributed to Bootea's brand expansion, ensuring that each new product and category maintained the brand's identity and appealed to its health-conscious audience.
